What is JSDance Company?

JSDance Company is for the dancer who wants to take dance to the next level. It will require time and dedication. It is a lot of fun but is for those who are more serious about dance.

Each company member will be REQUIRED to take their leveled ballet class on Mondays along with REQUIRED company classes on Thursdays. Dancers are also able to take the tap/jazz combo class as well, but not required.

 

What does JSDance Company do?

JSDance Company will compete at Access Broadway in Feb/March 2026(dates TBD) in Orlando, FL. This is our REQUIRED competition. We will attend all 3 days of the competition.  We are also looking into an additional competition for our dancers to attend in the spring of 2026. This will be an optional competition. We will also have an opportunity to perform at the Oglethorpe County Elementary School. During our Winter Exhibition, the girls will participate in a mock dance competition with special guest judges to help them better prepare for competition season!

All JSDance Company members will attend MANDATORY week of learning August 4 - August 8, 2025 in the evenings. Once all company contracts have been turned in, we will send out specific times for each dancer.

All JSDance Company members will also participate in a photoshoot August/September 2025(date, time and place TBD)

 

How do I become a JSDance Company member?

You will need to register at our March 27, 2025 meeting. Placement contracts will be emailed on May 10, 2025. All contracts will need to be signed and returned by May 20, 2025 along with your payment selection. Each contract will come with your choice of specific dates fees are due or a special payment plan according to your dancer.

Junior Company and Apprentice Company will be required their leveled company competition dance and the entire Company group dance.

JSDance Company Registration fee $65 due May 20, 2025 with signed contract

JSDance Company Swag fee $85 due July 10, 2025

*Optional Mom Swag fee $50 due July 10, 2025

Leveled group dance costume $95.00 due October 10, 2025

Access Broadway entry fee $65 due December 10, 2025

Monthly company tuition fee $45 due the 10th of each month starting in August

Large group dance costume fee $95 due July 10, 2025

Access Broadway entry fee $65 due December 10, 2025

*If choosing a payment plan, there will be a set monthly fee for your dancer according to contract
